Ignite the Arts Festival is run by the Penticton Art Gallery, but by no means is owned by it. This is a festival for the community as a whole, and through carefully fostered partnerships with local businesses and other arts organizations, we spread the festival throughout the city, truly igniting as many streets as we can! Most of our venues can be found in and around the downtown core, but the Art Walk gets you moving across the map. Plenty of accommodations are available in Penticton, including the Slumber Lodge, our sponsored housing for artists during the festival.
